Hi all my number hasn’t switched over as agreed .

received no tex , and the day is nearly over . Not good service

Has your old provider’s SIM card stopped working @Tajpal Bharry

The online switching timescales from iD state transfer happen between 8am - 10pm on the date scheduled for the number transfer @Tajpal Bharry

 

Both sim are still active. Nothing switched over yet.

what happens after these slo you have shown.

if the switch doesn’t happen. So far have no faith in this company. Or the way we have to contact you for help.

Okay @Tajpal Bharry, I’m just a forum member like yourself. 

If your old service provider’s SIM card is working for calls, texts and mobile data, it seems unlikely your switch will be happening today.

FYI, this customer forum is the very slowest way of getting assistance from iD support.
The primary iD Mobile support channels are:

The agents work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).
