Number Porting Delay - Day 5

I ported my number over from Three and this was supposed to be completed Monday 25/9. 
 

As expected, my Three service was disconnected however my number never became active on my iD SIM. 
 

Customer Support are being very vague and saying the issue is laying with Three. Three have assured me everything is done on their end

Been without use of my number for 5 days now, have contacted support numerous times with no answers and being told to wait a further 24-48 hours multiple times. 
 

Can’t access work emails or send payments that require 2FA. 
 

Have raised a complaint and requested a callback multiple times but keep being ignored. What am I to do?? Support team are not very understanding and there is no direct line to technical support. Frustration is high!!

 

Was guaranteed it would be fixed by Wednesday but here is Friday and I’m still being ignored, great first impression to this company!
