number switching

I just got a new ID Sim for my son, his old number was switched over today and everything went okay, but when I check the ID app on my dashboard it’s still showing the mobile number that was sent with the Sim not the one it was switched to.  Please can someone explain why it doesn’t display the phone number he is using.

Hi @Hgap 

 

The app may take some time to update to the ported over number, don’t worry this won’t affect service in any way, as long as the port itself has gone over (texting, calling from the correct number) the app will update in around 24/48 hours.
