Hi, recently changed form EE to ID. Gave ID my PAC a week ago and thought everything was working on. Turns out some people have been messaging and calling me but these have not been coming through on my new phone. Turned my old phone and these calls and messages popped up??? Has anyone had this issue before and know how to resolve this? I'm expecting some important calls so need to get this resolved.

Sounds like your port has gone badly wrong - might be another example of a split port
iD Mobile would need to fix this, but using the iD Community to get this resolved will be very slowÂ
