Hello.

 

I placed an order for an iPhone 13 today. Unfortunately for one reason or another something happen and the confirmation page appeared and disappeared quickly. I managed to get the order number but never managed to check all other information.

I’ve also not received any information by email.

 

I thought the order hadn’t  gone through so I was going to place a new one when I realised you’ve already charged the upfront cost and this is now pending.

 

Can you please shed some light on whether I have actually made the order successfully and what will happen next?
