I placed an order for iPhone 15 and received the first e-mail that my order had been accepted, but since Friday I have not received information whether my order has been completed. how can I check this? Thanks

The iD website is accepting iPhone 15 pre-orders @Karolina Karol, and the website states available from 22nd September 2023. 

Demand for iPhone 15 devices will probably initially exceed supply, so expect iD Mobile stocks to be limited - pre-orders probably unlikely to be dispatched before early to mid October ‘23.

The iD telephone sales team (on 020 7139 1397) might be able to give you a better idea of delivery dates for iPhone 15 pre-orders. Meanwhile, the Apple online store says pre-order now for iPhone 15 delivery early to mid October.

An order can take typically around up to 24 hours to fully process, you should get an email soon notifying you if the order is successful.
