Order cancelled

I made an order today and received an email shortly after informing me that my order didn’t pass security checks so was cancelled. I’d like to know why this was and how I can try again. I require a new phone quite soon so aim to sort this ASAP. Thank you

All our pay monthly contracts are subject to credit and internal security checks. Where you advised in the email what check you had failed on?

Hi Mohsin,

The email only stated ‘We’re sorry but we’ve had to cancel your order as it didn’t pass our internal security checks.

Internal checks are carried out for the safety of our customers and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.’ So I have no idea where the problem has come from.

That’ll be the Internal Security Check flagging up something about your order. Did the name and address provided match the card details used and delivery address?
