I ordered a new contract phone on 2nd August and received confirmation email expecting next day deliver for a birthday present.
No email has been received from DPD but money has been taken from my card.
Why don’t you have a method of checking order status from order number rather than waiting for a DPD email which may not arrive??

Did you receive an order complete email from iD Mobile
If not, your order may be delayed for some reason, such as no-stock, awaiting stock, etcetera.
If you’ve got your order number, perhaps contact the iD sales team, on 020 7139 1397, for an update (during normal office hours).

Order not despatched as the Belkin wireless buds which were part of the offer , are not in stock. Will not send phone with ear buds to follow so I have cancelled the order and will look elsewhere. Very poor comms.
