iv placed a order yesterday and it said to wait 24 hour and still not heard anything and cant get on live chat as i don't have a id mobile number

Hello @Toni96,

You can use any telephone number with the online Live Chat service.

To ‘speak’ to someone about your order connect between 9am - 8pm weekdays and 9am - 6pm weekends.

Once connected, type “talk to a person” to get an iD agent and avoid the 24/7 bot.

Hiya I placed a order yesterday for a contract all it says was order processing I've received no email or anything but I've received a order number from curry saying my parcel is due on Monday but I've not ordered anything from there could it be my phone thanks
