I ordered an iPhone 11 deal on Monday 23rd, at the time it stated the item was not in stock but would be on the 24th. It is now the 27th and I have had no further update on my order. £87 has been taken, but I don’t know when/if I’m going to get my phone!?
I have tried the live chat around 4 times today, each time I was cut off whilst trying to seek help. Not a great start to becoming a customer of ID Mobile! Can I please get some help to get a current status on my order!???
