I ordered my SIM 6 days ago and it hasn't arrived. I'm stuck not being able to call, message or contact anyone unless using WiFi because of this. I need my new SIM asap. I have the transaction number.

What date did you place your order?
SIM only plans are delivered within 3-5 working days, if you ordered on the 20th please allow until the end of the day today for it to arrive, if you still haven’t received it, please let us know.
