Just ordered an upgrade on my contract and due to the activities on my bank card my bank it has declined the payment despite allowing the £0.01 payment as this was the fraud activation on the account. How can I pay the upfront payment as I've tried the help on the site and those stupid chat bots won't accept my question and then the site has logged me out while I waited in a queue for someone to help me. Is there a phone number I can call to speak to a real person?
