Ordering a replacement sim when I don't have access to my ID account

I had my phone stolen yesterday and I need to block it and order a replacement sim.  However, I don’t have my password for my ID account so I can’t access it.  

 

  1. What can I do to order a replacement sim without access to my account?
  2. I am still abroad, so am I able to get a new phone and activate an e-sim in the meantime?

E sim phones add a whole level of complexity in your situation; perhaps wean yourself off such phones!
