Hello how do I go about ordering New Sim after upgrade,want to change number

Hi @Elenora 

 

A replacement SIM card wouldn’t change your number, if you’d like to change the number on your existing plan we can do this for £25, please let us know if this is what you’d like to do so we can get in contact and assist.
