Since switching to ID few days ago, I no longer receive OTP messages from my bank so I'm unable to log in. Bank told me it's an issue with my network.

I tried yesterday and had as much luck with resolving it with them as with you via private message.Â
Perhaps me cancelling my direct debit will provide the solution required.
