OTP messages not coming through after switch

Hiya

Since switching to ID few days ago, I no longer receive OTP messages from my bank so I'm unable to log in. Bank told me it's an issue with my network.

How to fix it?

I tried yesterday and had as much luck with resolving it with them as with you via private message. 

Perhaps me cancelling my direct debit will provide the solution required.

Hey @Natalia Dresler,

Contrary to popular belief, cancelling your Direct Debit would only negatively impact you as it would lead to missed payments causing an impact on your credit file.

This isn’t something we’d recommend.
