My out of plan charges are charging me £4.80 for texts to India; however, none of these texts ever delivered. As such, these should not be charged.
How can I get my money back?

You could try getting a refund via iD live chat - type “talk to a person” once you get connected.
However, sending an SMS doesn’t guarantee it’ll be delivered, with most UK mobile operators charging for sending, but without guaranteeing delivery.
