i am interested to see dialed call logs from my mobile to a particular landline number. Is it possibel to get a call log history to a specific number. If not , atleast full history from my outgoing calls, so that i can manually look for that number ?

You can get this information from your iD Mobile bill.
You will need to wait until the time period of interest is covered/shown in your monthly bill - i.e. the itemised call information is only available once a bill has been produced.
