Im on benifits cant contact anyone i need help with a bill refund i paid twice

Hi @Vicky Bradbury, there are two options. You’d be able to use the overpayment as bill credit which would cover next month’s bill, or we’d be able to process a refund via direct debit. This would take 3-5 working days.
