overpayment - paid twice

I’ve overpaid my bill (paid twice for December 2020) how do I go about getting this refunded?

It seems you have made a manual payment close to your direct debit date. You can contact our live chat team below who can arrange a refund for you:

Alternatively, you can leave this as a credit which will be put towards your next month's bill.

i had a payment failed so i payed the outstanding amount then today the failed payment was taken out which means ive payed 2 months instead of 1.how do i get a refund or will they take it as next months payment

If you have paid twice then your Account balance will be in credit. You can choose to leave this as credit and not be charged next month or you can contact our Live Chat | iD Mobile Network team who will be able to refund you this.
