I have received my PAC code from o2 but ID keeps saying there is a problem with it any ideas on what i need to do?

Where are you submitting the port? Is this on the port form?
Does the transaction number you’re using begin with a “4”? This can be found in your order completed or welcome to iD Mobile email(s).

Make sure you complete your profile before you submit the port request otherwise you’ll get the error that there’s a problem with the information you’ve input.
This caught me out yesterday when I’d just received my SIM and tried to submit my port in request
Fill that out and try again and it should work this time.
Note that the earliest they’ll carry out the port is going to be Wednesday now (I managed to get mine booked for Tuesday but that’s because I did it yesterday.
