Can you check if my PAC code is being processed getting this message 

We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again. 

If you have already used this PAC code and submitted it when purchasing a handset or SIM, don't worry - your switch is underway. We'll send you a text as soon as your number has been transferred to us.

Hey @Sharon Carr, have you tried the iD online Live Chat, at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat, for assistance with this issue? 

The agents work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends). 

After connecting, type “talk to a person” to avoid the 24/7 chat-bot.

Okay @Sharon Carr, unfortunately UK mobile number transfers don’t take place immediately. 

With switching to iD Mobile, on the website site they advise:

When I switched to iD Mobile, my old provider’s SIM card stopped working around 10:30am, and the number I wanted to keep began working with my iD SIM card just after 3pm.
