PAC after contract expiry

Hi - My contracted ended 26 Dec, but I neglected to request a PAC beforehand. I can no longer receive the PAC via texting or my account page. Can someone please assist me.

Do you mean your 24-month minimum term ended, @vanderoux? 

Your contract does not end unless you cancel the contract as per the terms & conditions, or use a PAC or STAC and switch to a new provider.
