What date did you request for your number transfer
Currently,Ā iD MobileĀ haveĀ issuesĀ processing PAC submissions, and new iD account registration requests, whichĀ means their live chat service isĀ overwhelmed at the moment - you might be waiting days for a reply here too... š
FYI, you can also get assistance by contacting iD Mobile privately on Facebook (using Messenger), or Twitter (by DM).
Their customer support agents work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).

Thanks for that. I ordered the sim 3 days ago which is when I gave them the pac code. Set up new sim yesterday. I will try contacting them on Facebook šš»
