I provided my PAC Friday 19th at 11:30am, my contract has now ended with my previous provider, ID mobile said my number would be updated 22nd January which is today and my number still hasn’t reverted back to the one I had with my previous provider?

UK mobile number transfers don’t happen immediately, @Rachael_1

Once your old provider’s SIM has stopped working, it can take several hours or more before the number you want to keep works with your iD SIM card. 

On the day I switched to iD Mobile, my old provider’s SIM stopped working at around 11:30, and my switch was completed around 15:30.
