I am trying to input my pac code details to join ID mobile but it keeps saying the information I entered is incorrect which it is not. I have tried putting my surname in capitals and the transaction number is correct but it still won’t work. Can you please help me?

Have you already submitted your PAC number during purchase? If so you won’t need to submit a port via the form.
