Pac code not accepted

Hi, Just trying to swith my number from Virgin Mobile to ID but my PAC code given to me a couple of days ago won’t work. I have entered all the correct information but just keep getting 

“We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.”

WHY is this such a problem ?

NO that don’t work. If I can’t switch I’ll just give up and stay with Virgin

Yes believe it or not I did put the correct transaction number from the email. The system is BROKEN, FIX IT.

Number transferred now so finished.

Eventually porting request was accepted - used capital letter in surname.
