I’ve just purchased a new phone and transferred my number over with a pac code. Unfortunately I need to return the phone and have requested a pac code from ID but it keeps saying pac code not created? Any help would be hugely appreciated as I need to transfer my number to a different phone before returning. Thanks

Has your return been processed
Do you still have the iD SIM card that was sent with the new phone?
Usually, once your return is processed by iD, your iD account is changed from pay monthly to PAYG, which allows you to get a PAC for the number you want to keep.
