PAC code not transferred

Hello,

I submitted my PAC code from Virgin Mobile when I signed up and the number hasn’t transferred. The PAC code runs out in 2 days, so time is running short. I’ve tried restarting the phone but it hasn’t worked. Could you help me get this sorted? Messages aren’t getting through, so I’d like to get this sorted ASAP.

I sorted the problem using Facebook messenger to get in touch with iD. Thanks for reading.
