Hi,

I have a pac code from my old provider but it won’t work

Hey @Dillan Adams,

It could be the wrong transaction number being entered.

Make sure the one entered begins with 4.

You should have received an email with the correct one to use, check your spam/junk folders also.

i am unable to enter my pac number it keeps telling me the wrong information is entered ? i have double checked and all seems fine ?

Try entering your SURNAME in CAPITAL letters @SHAYKEZZ1.
