PAC code not working

Switching from Virgin Mobile and cannot port my number over.  Details are correct.

1.  Tried different browsers

2.  Submitted my surname in CAPS as advised elsewhere.

Never had a problem with porting to other networks.  All seems a bit Mickey Mouse, particularly as the customer responses seem to take a number of days.

Error got:

"We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again"
