pac code not working

How do u cancel this contract. My pac code is not working. Im getting the same answer all the time. I now have had enough and want to cancel.

My pac code from o2 is not working. I have done every thing correctly, profile etc. I even passed on the pac code when ordering the new ID sim card. I now want to cancel this contract immediately
