PAC Code number transfer not working

Hi all,

 

I’m trying to transfer my number over & have tried 2 browsers, all upper case, all lower case & capital first letter for my surname, cleared my cache on both browsers & it’s still not working.

I ordered my SIM online & have 4 as the first digit of my transaction number.
