PAC code processing issue

…...Completed the online switching ID mobile to give my PAC code with all the correct details and keep getting this response online: 
“We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.”

Not able to transfer PAC code and so can’t use the phone as need it for business purposes

Please ensure that the text doesn’t have no spaces before or after when entering the information.
