pac code transfer lost

I requested a PAC code from my previous network which i got i then gave the pac code over to the new provider Smarty and i have given it 3 days and still nothing. My previous network terminated my contract saying ur pac code has gone through to the new network anyway smarty have said that they have received nothing and i cant make any phone calls. My phone is showing 4g and that but cant use any data messing or calling. My wife can call me on my old number, but smarty are telling they have another number for me. Which i have tried calling and that doesnt work. Ive tried my wife's sim in my phone which she is also with smarty and hers works in my phone. Every time i go to call it says i have not been given access to this service. Can anyone help and also do you think i can get my old number back ? I tired every helpline and they just keep telling me to turn the phone on and off
