hi can anyone tell me if my pac code has been accepted to change to you? I’ve tried to submit it today but it says it’s already been submitted 🤷‍♀️

If it says the PAC code has already been submitted then it’s been accepted. 👍

My pac code isn’t being accepted but I’ve checked its still valid?

Unfortunately the issues mentioned on the below article are still affecting number ports and we hope to have this fixed as soon as possible.
