PAC issue

Hi,

I am transferring my number onto iD mobile, i have used the correct PAC, mobile number and name, however, I keep getting a text from iD mobile saying that they have ran into an issue. It says that the iD mobile number, last name or transaction number is incorrect. This is not a good start to a new contract. Please can you help me fix this.
