Hi, when I complete the PAC form, it says incorrect data. It might that it will switch but I need to check as I must keep my old number. Live chat keeps saying agents are busy. How do I contact someone to check the PAC issue? If I can't resolve, I will stay with my old network
I'm considering cancelling as I need my number. Every time I try live chat, it just says agents are busy.

We’ve been experiencing high volumes through all contact methods, apologies for any issues you have on the iD Mobile live chat or even social media.
Previously we had an issue with the form needing the surname in all caps. This has now been fixed. Please try again and ensure the transaction number begins with a "4". This can be found on your "Welcome to iD" email that was sent to you and may be in your Spam/Junk folders.
