I've just got my ID sim with a new number but would like to use my old number. I have my PAC code but its giving me an error message 'the requested ULR was rejected. Please consult with your administrator. Your support ID is 8072327540536144966.
Can anyone spread some light on what I have done wrong or what IÂ need to do please. Thank you.

Just make sure you logout of the iD community before trying to submit your PAC online
