PAC "there is an issue with the information you've submitted"

Hi, I’ve entered all of my details into the PAC submit form as I want to keep my old phone number from my previous network. However, the webpage says that there is an issue with the details I’ve submitted even though I am certain that all of the information is correct. Could I have assistance please?

Try entering your SURNAME in CAPITAL letters @Spring.

@andewhite Hi, thank you for the advice. I already tried that and at first it looked like it was working, but gave me an error message last second

I assume your transaction number begins with “4”?

Anyway, you can ‘talk’ to iD Mobile about this by:

  • Using the online live chat service.
  • Sending them a private message on facebook, or Twitter.

The agents work 9am - 8pm weekdays, and 9am - 6pm weekends (and bank holidays).
