Having left idmobile and transferred my number to Lyca I decided to transfer back and ordered a new 2 year SIM contract, When I transfered my number from Lyca back to my new contract the PAC transfer has been transferred to my old account? How do I get my phone number transferred to my new account and the new account registered?
Unfortunately, you can’t transfer a number from one iD account to another iD account
Make sure your re-register for another “My iD Account” online, to use with your new SIM only iD contract. You’ll need a new username (email address) to use when you re-register.
Then perhaps you can PAC the number out from the old iD account, and then PAC the number back to the new 2-year SIM only iD account.
Another option might be to return the order for the 2-year SIM only contract, in the cooling off period, and then UPGRADE the old account to avoid the faff of having to port-out and port-in.
