pac transfer time limit

i currently have an O2 sim along with my ID one but eventually want to transfer my number from my O2 to ID…..what is the time limit on this, as in could i do it 6 months down the line….please advise

Hi @Tim Norton,

Welcome to the Community!

You can port your number into iD Mobile at any time. 

However once you have the PAC code from O2 it will only be valid for 30 days until it expires in which case you’ll need to request a new one.

so am i right in thinking Kash that i could see my next 4 months out with O2 simm in my phone then port it then after getting a new pac code..

That’s correct you can keep using your old O2 SIM and port your number to iD Mobile when you are ready to do so.
