I have received my ID sim today.
On trying to port my old number, the form states that my PAC will expire before switch can be completed.
I only got the PAC today from 02 who say it's valid 30 days .
So what to I do.
I'm getting very frustrated and there seems no complaint procedure .
If this can't be solved then I feel I've no choice but to cancel my new contract.
Help please

If I was in your position
The agents work until 8pm on weekdays.
If you’re in your cooling off period, then you can cancel your ORDER - but don’t cancel your iD contract by mistake.

Seems a common issue but I'm not happy.
My partner switched with no issues at all so we are miffed.

No, she switched from Giff Gaff, so a different provider.

We've had a reply on FB messenger so hopefully they'll sort this out .
Partner is tech savvy and pulling her hair out at this point in time trying to do it for me.

I spoke to you last night.
The issue was O2 provided either an old PAC code or an incorrect one as the one you had was due to expire on 21/07/23 hence you weren’t able to submit it.
Hopefully once O2 provide a valid PAC code, you should be able to submit without any issues.
