iD customer support seems to be overwhelmed at the moment - it appears they’ve got problems processing PAC submissions, and new iD account registration requests. So, you could be waiting days for a reply here… Try sending a DM via Facebook or Twitter.

I tried sending a dm and on Facebook I got a reply asking for my details and I still haven’t heard back! It’s ridiculous!!
