I’ve used a PAC code to transfer my old number when I joined ID. I received confirmation that the transfer was complete via text however my iMessage is not working (I have an iPhone 14 Pro)
I’ve looked at other threads and followed the guidance of switching my iMessage and Facetime off and then restarting, but that hasn’t worked. I’ve also removed my SIM card.
Before doing the above, my proper number appeared in the “Send and receive” section but now it’s just the temporary number and my email.
I’m unable to change my number in the Phone section.
I’ve tried to use Live Chat but they’ve been unable to help.
