Afternoon I have ported my number over from o2, i can dial out on my phone (iphone 12) and send a text message but i cant receive calls or text’s? I have rest the network on my phone, tried turning on and off again a couple of times but no joy.

I have also noticed on the apps dash board it is still showing the original phone numeber not my o2 one.

Any help getting this sorted will be great please 😊

@andewhite I came over off my own back, o2 wanted £22 sim only for 20gig where as id wanted £8 for 24gig my other half has been with id for years and has had no problems with them so thought i may as well give it a go. I have only done it on 1 month rolling as i wanted to see what the signal is like rather than 12 months and finding out the signal where i travel to is rubbish.
