I’m in a partial port situation and just wanted to find out corrective time scales to resolve these issues?
My number was ported from o2 on Friday and seemed to have gone ok but found out I can’t receive incoming calls or sms from non ID Mobile users. I can dial out and send sms which show the correct ported number to the recipient. If I call my own number it goes to voice mail, indicating id to id calls will work.
I have raised a ticket with support via live chat. I am going to have issues logging in to my work on Monday since my phone is the 2fa for most services.
Is there any way to escalate the issue?
