Hi

If I take PAYG sim to Europe for long term, what do i need to do in order to keep my number and account alive and active?

Hello @mikewuk,

The latest PAYG terms (applicable from 01-Jul-2019), in section “10. Suspension and termination of the Agreement” state:

If there is no chargeable activity for 120 days or more. We will notify you via SMS after 90 days of no chargeable activity.

You may need to look at earlier version of the PAYG terms if your PAYG SIM was purchased before July 2019.
