PAYG Sim transfer

Hi, I'm trying to port my EE PAYG sim over to IDMobile, but the port in form displays the same message each time: 'We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.' I've checked with EE and the PAC is fine. Please help.

This happens quite frequently and your best option is to contact iD customer service by Live Chat, to submit your PAC - type ‘talk to a person’ once you get connected on chat.

You can also contact iD Mobile privately by using their facebook page or Twitter page.
