Hello, I recently updated my contract from a old one to a new one, keeping the same number. However, I am still paying for my old contract as well as my new one. I am wondering why this is. Could somebody please contact me? I would like to resolve this.

If you upgraded you should only have the one contract. Did you purchase a new contract instead?

I'm fairly certain I upgraded to a new contract. That was my intent and what I asked for in the store. I also kept my same mobile number, so I assume it was a upgrade. Also the ID app is only showing info for my old contract, not my new one
