Person I called can't hear me

I am trying to call someone in Bosnia. It rings, they answer, I can hear them, but they can't hear me. 

I can call them on the same number from another phone and everything is OK.

It is driving me mad, please help.

Have you tried calling them using WhatsApp, Skype or something similar instead @Mat Hakl-Law?

They don't have access to the Internet hence why I have to call them on a traditional land-line.

Their phone rings, they pick up, they can't hear me. 

But if I use another phone on a different network to call the same land-line in Bosnia everything is fine and they can hear me. 

The issue only occurs when calling them using IDMobile.

It worked for a couple of weeks but now has stopped working

Perhaps there’s a call routing issue with your iD account now @Mat Hakl-Law. 

Rectifying this could take some time @Mat Hakl-Law, as I’d suspect iD probably need to work with their network partner (Three UK) to investigate and rectify.

If you’re lucky, the issue may fix itself. Some other possibilities are:

  • Your iD account has International Calling turned OFF.
  • The bill cap for your iD account is £0, or not high enough to call Bosnia in the current billing period.
